Goals

a. Raise $1 million for a Comprehensive Development and Thinking Center for Children and Youth.
Our goal is to create a space where young people can unleash their potential through the stimulation and practice of their skills and talents, preparing them for their future professional lives.
To achieve this, we must ensure the financial stability of our team and secure the necessary resources. This includes guaranteeing a fixed annual salary for the team to maintain continuity while we seek national and international sponsorships.

b. Build a virtuous circle of self-sustainability through social entrepreneurship.
We aim to make Tu Vales self-sustaining by developing structured social entrepreneurship programs. These programs will generate revenue through the sale of products, conferences, courses, and corporate boot camps — allowing us to reinvest in our mission and expand our impact.

c. Create a corporate support network through membership.
We will strengthen our community of contributors by offering their teams access to mindset training, soft skills, leadership development, and empowerment programs. This is a collaborative initiative designed to foster shared growth — empowering organizations while transforming the lives of children and youth.
